Brief Introduction: Chuan Qin received his B.S. degree in electronic engineering and the M.S. degree in signal and information processing from Hefei University of Technology, Anhui, China, in 2002 and 2005, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in signal and information processing from Shanghai University, Shanghai, China, in 2008. Since Dec. 2008, he has been with the faculty of University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, where he is currently a Professor. He was with Feng Chia University at Taiwan as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Adjunct Assistant Professor from July 2010 to July 2012. His research interests include multimedia intelligent computing, AI security, data hiding and image processing in encrypted domain. He has published over 200 peer-reviewed papers in journals and conferences including IEEE TIP, IEEE TIFS, IEEE TMM, IEEE TCSVT, IEEE TDSC, IEEE TETCI, IEEE TIM, IEEE TAI and ACM MM. He has also published one book and held six authorized patents. He was selected as the Highly Cited Chinese Researchers by Elsevier in 2020 and the World’s Top 2% Scientists in 2019-2022. He won the Excellent Paper Awards of CIHW 2016 and ChinaMFS 2023, and the Candidate of Excellent Paper Award of IEEE IIHMSP 2014. He has served as the Associate Editor for ACM TOMM, Signal Processing (Elsevier) and Information Fusion (Elsevier). He is the Senior Member of CCF and CSIG.

Brief Introduction: Huiyu Zhou received the bachelor of engineering degree in radio technology from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology of China, China, and the master of science degree in biomedical engineering from the University of Dundee, U.K., respectively, and the doctor of philosophy degree in computer vision from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, U.K. He currently is a full professor with the School of Computing and Mathematical Sciences, University of Leicester, U.K. He has published more than 350 peer-reviewed papers in the field. His research work has been or is being supported by U.K. EPSRC, ESRC, AHRC, MRC, EU, Royal Society, Leverhulme Trust, Puffin Trust, Invest NI and industry.

Brief Introduction: Hu Zhu is now a professor in School of Communication and Information Engineering from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications (Jiangsu Key Laboratory of Image Processing and Transmission). His research mainly focuses on artificial intelligence and computer vision. He have published a series of high-quality articles (all published in IEEE Transactions series journals) and developed a series of intelligent computational imaging devices for practical applications, making significant efforts to promote the development of industry, academia, and research in this field, and have achieved numerous research results. The related research achievements include the publication of 66 high-level academic papers and the filing of 56 invention patents. He have hosted more than 10 national, provincial, and other relevant projects. In addition, he served as a reviewer for several IEEE journals and technical committee chairs and members for a series of well-known international academic conferences and workshops.

His main research direction is intelligent processing and interpretation technology of remote sensing images, and he is in charge of 5 projects of National Natural Science Foundation Youth Project, National Key Laboratory Fund and other provincial and ministerial level projects; For the last three years, In IEEE Transactions on Image Processing, IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing, Remote Sensing, IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Letters and other international authoritative journals and international conferences published more than 30 papers, 1 paper was selected as ESI hot papers, 3 papers were selected as ESI highly cited papers. He has applied for more than 20 national invention patents, and has written 3 monographs and textbooks. He is a member of IEEE, a senior member of the Chinese Society of Communication, a member of the Imaging Detection and Perception Committee of the Chinese Society of Image and Graphics, a peer reviewer of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, an expert on dissertation communication review of the Ministry of Education, and a Guest Editor of the international authoritative journal Remote Sensing. Brief Introduction: Zhenghao Shi received the B.S. degree in material science and engineering from Dalian Jiaotong University, Dalian, China, in 1995, the M.S. degree in computer application technology from the Xi’an University of Technology, Xi’an, China, in 2000, and the Ph.D. degree in computer architecture from the Xi’an Institute of Microelectronics, Xi’an, in 2005.,In 2000, he joined the Xi’an University of Technology, where he is currently a Full Professor with the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. From 2006 to 2007 and 2008 to 2009, he was on leave from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Nagoya Institute of Technology, Nagoya, Japan, for image research as a Post-Doctoral Researcher. From 2007 to 2008, he was a Research Associate with the Kurt Rossmann Laboratories for Radiologic Image Research, Department of Radiology, Division of Biological Sciences, The University of Chicago, Chicago, IL, USA. From 2016 to 2017, he was a Visiting Associate Professor with the Image Display, Enhancement, and Analysis (IDEA) Laboratory, Department of Radiology, Division of Biological Sciences, The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC), Chapel Hill, NC, USA. In 2014/2015, as a Visiting Researcher at CSRC of the Chinese Academy of Engineering Physics started working on computational molecular biology. In 1999-2001, Research Scientist and Project Manager at CWC, Oulu, Finland. A Fellow of the Higher Education Academy of the UK, and the Recognised Research Supervisor of the UK Council for Graduate Education. A Senior Member of the IEEE since 2013.
